Currently I am working on plant barcoding and environmental DNA (eDNA) metabarcoding studies of eGL which is the first of our dreams that we have started and realized with our first COST project in 2014. Now I am a PhD student in Ankara University Biotechnology Institute. One of my aims is to build the local plant barcode database of Turkey. Beside biodiversity researches, I also study on plant transcriptome and gene expression analysis to select drought stress resistant populations in forest trees.
