In order to ensure food safety and public health control and continuity in the food industry, I am
interested in the identification of imitation and adulteration in food products by using molecular
biological techniques used in the field of food microbiology. I aim to identify animal and plant species
in such foods. I am also interested in the detection of genetically modified foods that affect
biodiversity.
